Something special will happen on September 4, 2026. The SpaceRockIT IT-Summit-festival will be organized on that day. A unique festival where music and IT come together. The goal is to creatively gather knowledge in the IT field, have fun and enjoy live music. The festival takes place on a real open-air festival site in the style of Lowlands, Zwarte Cross, Down the Rabbit Hole and the Parade. Of course slightly smaller but with the same atmosphere and surroundings in a beautiful place between Arnhem and Nijmegen. And in the same atmosphere, in addition to music, we will enjoy presentations and workshops, where 'knowing and being able' are the primary goals. So no boring presentations, but interactive sessions, where the speaker challenges the audience. In addition to acquiring knowledge, music is also made. A mix of performances in different genres such as rock, house, tributes and Dutch hits ensure that there is something for everyone. And of course we don't do that at the same time. The intention is that we will start the knowledge sessions at 10:00 am. We start with a central meeting and then start the parallel sessions at different locations on the festival site. All this supported with real festival facilities and small supporting acts. At 17:00 the knowledge part closes and the amplifiers go up to 10. Then there is rocking on the various live stages and participants can relax and enjoy live music after a day of acquiring knowledge. The festival closes around 0.30am.
